Ονομάζεται και Αντινανεμική λόγω της μεγάλης αντοχής της στον άνεμο. Το πολυεστερικό της δίχτυ είναι διπλής ραφής και ενισχυμένο με 4 γαζιά και σιρίτι κρίκο. Η σημαία είναι σταμπωτή που σημαίνει ότι τα χρώματά της είναι ανεξίτηλα.
Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να γαζωθεί χρυσό κρόσσι περιμετρικά της σημαίας.
